Mansour Says Lebanon Won’t Support Any U.N. Resolution Against Syria

W300

Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour stressed on Saturday that Lebanon, which is the president of the U.N. Security Council for the month of September, will not support any resolution that condemns the Syrian regime in its violent crackdown on protestors.

“Even Russia rejects a resolution against Syria in the form that the West wants,” he told Voice of Mada radio station.

“The security situation in Syria today is better than it was five months ago,” Mansour said.

Lebanon last month dissociated itself from a statement by the Security Council condemning Syria’s President Bashar Assad for unleashing a fierce campaign against civilians and violating human rights.

Mansour said the government will not dissociate itself from international resolutions but would invest its presidency of the Security Council diplomatically.

I thought this decision is for the Prime minister and the president of Lebanon to make with the Cabinets and not for the minister of Bashar and Syria as you are mansour.

What this secong tier Syrian stooge of Berri's is actually saying is that the Syrian-Iranian imposed Vichi government in Lebanon, which has hijacked the will of the Lebanese people by force of Iranian militia arms and their criminal local branch Hezb Ebola, will not join the UN in punitive action against the Assad Family criminal regime that has been butchering his people for the past six months, and the "situation in Syria is better now than 6 months ago" now that the criminal dictator has managed to murder more people of the majority of the Syrian population that had opposed him before. The free world should understand that the present Government does not represent the will of the Lebanese people and that it is only there by force of weapons of the terrorist Hezbullah Iranian organization, they are temporary hijackers of the free will of Lebanon and will go down with their criminal masters in Damascus and Tehran (and Quom). To the UN power on...! Get the criminal dictator!!

does this guy thinks any one in the world gives a damn what he thinks . we all know who he is and what he represents . if 90% of the security counsel passed a resolution against Syria and Mr. Monsour object to it does it really Matter . it only highlight who this guy is

Honestly? i do not give a toss of what is happening in Syria.
and i hope it last for 29 years.
What Worries me is that the likes of Mansour ignores the crimes Syria committed in Lebanon, ignores our pain and claim that Syria is a sister country.
So Mr Mansour if you are going to reject any resolution against Syria ,i and many others urge you to reject any resolution against Israel.

the way u don t remember the crimes committed by Syria in Lebanon
I AND MANY OTHERS CAN T REMEMBER ANY CRIMES COMMITTED BY ISRAEL IN LEBANON.

A perfect example of how a Syrian appointed government runs our poor Lebanon. Time to put these so called elected thieves in the bin. At least Israel admits and we know we are enemies, but This criminal wants us to believe Syria is an ally and a friend. Time for you and your masters to go, bring the election on or its time to take up arms again
