Security Forces Arrest Escaped Qobbeh Inmate

Security forces tracked down on Thursday an inmate who had escaped from al-Qobbeh prison in the northern city of Tripoli on Wednesday.

The Internal Security Forces Intelligence Bureau arrested the fugitive, identified as A.R.

He is jailed on charges of forming a robbery gang.
