Putin Mocks Claims that Trump was Spied On
President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday mocked claims that Russia was behind an unsubstantiated dossier on U.S. president-elect Donald Trump, saying its special services would not have spied on him during a 2013 visit to Moscow.
"Trump when he came to Moscow (in 2013)... was not any kind of political figure," Putin told a press conference.
"Does anyone think that our special services chase every American billionaire? Of course not, it's just completely ridiculous."
