Interior Minister Nouhad al-Mashnouq said the international community “understands well the internal situation in Lebanon and gives special attention to our stability,” adding that Lebanon will for the first time propose a five-year support plan for its military and security, al-Joumhouria daily reported on Thursday.

Mashnouq, member of a ministerial delegation taking part in the Rome II donor conference, said Lebanon will present a five-year plan for its military and security agencies, “its a first,” he said.

Prime Minister Saad Hariri has led the delegation to the conference which is dedicated to boost the capabilities of the Lebanese army and security forces.

The Interior Minister said he believes the conference will give positive results, “during my meetings with most of the ambassadors (taking part in the conference) I have sensed an absolute positive attitude for supporting Lebanon.”

The conference “reflects good intentions at the level of all the participating countries. The Lebanese will hear good news. The plans will be discussed with the concerned parties, but they need time for implementation. The political forces in Lebanon must maintain internal stability to take advantage of the outcome of this conference,” he said.

The international community makes racism alright, according to English Minister of Adult Business Practices, Ronnie Smithers. "If we say it's alright to discriminate against Shias, that, by definition, makes it legal, moral, acceptable, what-have-you."
He conceded, however, that the one thing that racism does not give a state is stability. "Look at England: we banned the slave trade in 1807, but because of our imperial entanglements which are implicitly racist: the idea of two races, one of which is better than the other, we haven't had a moment's peace in a thousand years."

Chrirushlau, instead of inventing quotes from an imaginary English minister why don't you just quote Hassan Nasrallah or Donald Trump who are real actual sectarian racists.
