A Lebanese Army force deployed Tuesday at the entrance of the Mieh Mieh Palestinian refugee camp in south Lebanon before withdrawing for “logistic reasons.”

The National News Agency said the army set up a post at a checkpoint belonging to the Palestinian security force in the western side of the camp, which witnessed deadly clashes last week between the Fatah Movement and the Islamist Ansarullah faction.

The deployment was “part of the efforts by Palestinian and Lebanese forces to preserve and control security inside the camp after the latest clashes,” NNA said.

It later reported that the army force had withdrawn from its position for “logistic reasons.”

What is this supposed to be? The Lebanese Army sets up a check point at the entrance to Mieh Mieh Camp and then withdraws, allowing a "Palestinian Security Force" to keep control.
So now we have 3 official armed forces in Lebanon, the LAF, Palestinians and Hizballah. No wonder the country is in the situation it is.
