Syrian Suspects Kill Fellow Citizens in Damascus, Infiltrate into Lebanon

The General Directorate of State Security arrested two Syrian suspects who committed a criminal act in Syria and fled illegally into Lebanon, the National News Agency reported on Wednesday.

NNA said the Directorate obtained information about two Syrian suspects who infiltrated into Lebanon after killing two Syrian individuals in the countryside of Latakia.

After investigations, the Directorate determined their whereabouts in the region of Mount Lebanon, where they were arrested.

The suspects in the killing admitted to the crime which they said was motivated by theft.

They were referred to the General Prosecutor's Office in Mount Lebanon.
