Berri Calls for Session to Mull Lifting MPs Immunity in Port Case
Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri called on Tuesday for a joint session of the Parliament Bureau and the Administration and Justice Committee, to study a request to lift the immunity of three MPs in the Beirut Port blast case.
Judge Tarek al-Bitar had asked parliament to lift the immunity of the MPs Ali Hassan Khalil, Ghazi Zoaiter and Nouhad al-Mashnouq.
The session will take place on Friday at 1:15 p.m., at the headquarters of the Speakership in Ain el-Tineh.

BS. Everyone knows that Huzbullah is the cause of the blast. the Nitrates were brought by huzbullah to help Assad destroy Syria and kill his people. That's why, the remaining nitrates were half the quantity, which means the other half had been siphoned by Huzbullah to Syria. Hence, Huzbullah is directly to blame for the blast because it controls the port and knows about everything that happens there. But, is Bitar able to summon huzbullah? This is the question that needs an answer. Huzbullah now scares everyone because it killed Lukman sleem, Jubran tweini, Piere jumael, Journalist Kaseer, including R. Hariri. Everyone knows that and yet everyone is scared shitless to speak up.
