Hizbullah official says electoral rivals won't be able to 'besiege resistance'
The deputy head of Hizbullah’s Executive Council, Sheikh Ali Daamoush, announced Friday that the electoral battle is between two projects – one that “has an economic and financial vision and is looking forward to rescue the country,” and another that is “imported from abroad and whose main slogan is besieging the resistance and disarming it.”
The rival project is “the project of America’s people in Lebanon,” Daamoush added.
“The advocates of this project have evaded their responsibilities toward the people and their crises, and their electoral programs contain nothing but slogans targeted against the resistance. These are unfeasible slogans that are distant from people’s concerns and have nothing to do with Lebanon’s crisis nor with the priorities of the Lebanese,” the Hizbullah official went on to say.
He added that Hizbullah is meanwhile running in the elections based on “a national and feasible project that would contribute to overcoming the country’s economic and financial crisis.”
“Through understanding and cooperation with the rest of the partners in the country, we are capable of implementing our general national program and of turning some articles into laws or plans in the ministries that we will be in,” Daamoush said.
Addressing “all those who are carrying slogans against the resistance,” the Hizbullah official said: “Even if you win the parliamentary majority, you will not be able to implement your slogans and besiege the resistance. You had the majority in a previous period, America and its allies were on your side, some of you were partners in the July 2006 war against the resistance, and yet you did not manage to weaken it.”

So, the last few weeks we have heard nasralla brag about its weapons, have a cleric talking about girls in Jounieh, another cleric calling voting for them a religious calling, and now this guy.
Not a single word on how they want to address Lebanon's economy and other issues. We call that deflection.

No country in the world that cares about its kids and future will accept to be occupied by a militia created and funded by a criminal foreign regime. No self-respecting country will allow participation in democratic elections a criminal militia with 100,000 mercenaries with salaries paid by Iran’s Basij. Basij are the ones who killed in Iran tens of thousands of freedom seekers during the 2010 Green Revolution. These uneducated thugs are running Iran by brute force and intimidation. This is how Hizbollah being running Lebanon with puppet traitors Aoun, Bassil, Franjieh and Berri. This foreign occupation is what destroyed our economy, education, democracy and freedom. Hizbollah’s political risk is what caused 15% interest, exodus of foreign firms, economic disintegration, and immigration of brain and freedom lovers. Everyone voting for these traitors is extinguishing Lebanon last breath after Hizbollah put the country and our freedom, sovereignty and democracy in intensive care.

Hint: Cedar Revolution 2 million plus peaceful march for no arms outside army and positive neutrality. Disarming Hizbollah from its Iranian arms is much easier that expelling Assad's occupation force in 2005. Shebaa farm excuse is a joke. Hizbollah legitimacy is a bigger joke... as solid as Saddam's and Kaddafi's 99% support before their fall. No one harmed Shiaa more than Hizbollah and they'll be the first to hang Hizbollah leaders once they realized they have been deceived and used as a sacrificail bargaining ship for Iran's regional ambitions... Suleimani's kiss of death systematically arming, distabilizing and enslaving every Shia community in the region.
Hizbullah is running on “a national and feasible project that would contribute to overcoming the country’s economic and financial crisis.” - translation: our captagon smuggling is buying us the weapons we need to subjugate our fellow citizens, and if we work real hard (lol at that) we aspire to be as successful as Iran is on the global stage.
