Hizbullah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah will make a speech during a ceremony scheduled to be held on Saturday in support for uprisings in Arab countries, the party’s media office announced.

The statement said late Thursday that Nasrallah will address supporters during the ceremony aimed at sending a message of support for the people of Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain, Libya and Yemen.

The rally will be held in Beirut’s southern suburbs at 7:00 pm, it added.

On Wednesday, hundreds of Hizbullah supporters rallied in Beirut against Saudi Arabia's military intervention in Bahrain, where the Sunni leadership is trying to quell a Shiite-led uprising.

The demonstrators, some carrying Hizbullah or Iranian flags, chanted "no to Saudi interference" and "let the people decide their fate" during the hour-long protest in downtown Beirut.
