The corpse of a Syrian national was retrieved off the coast of the city of Jbeil on Thursday after he was reported to have gone missing ten days ago off the Beirut coast, said the National News Agency.

Bashar Salman Ramadan, born in 1997, had disappeared after he slipped off rocks in al-Raouche area and fell to the sea.

He and his friends were taking photographs in the area.

The corpse was found off Jbeil's al-Bahsa shore and has since been taken to al-Maounat Hospital in Jbeil.

On Monday, the corpse of Syrian Ahmed Omar al-Nader was found inside a cave at al-Raouche rock in Beirut.

He too fell into the sea after slipping off the rocks while he was taking photographs of the area.

Really is a shame that such a simple skill of learning to swim has not been taught to so many people, if you cannot swim, stay AWAY from the water, simple
