Al-Rahi Hopes Holy Spirit Would Enlighten Minds of Officials

W300

Maronite Patriarch Beshara al-Rahi prayed on Sunday that the holy spirit would enlighten the minds of politicians so that they learn that responsibility comes with servitude.

During his sermon at the seat of the patriarchate in Bkirki, al-Rahi hoped that the holy spirit would “enlighten officials to realize that responsibility means dedication to serve.”

On Saturday, Bkirki said that division among politicians has crippled the country’s institutions.

The statement was made after a retreat by Maronite bishops from Lebanon and countries abroad headed by al-Rahi.

The bishops also criticized the delay in the cabinet formation process.

did you know that Abraham called God 'Yahwah yara' which means 'God sees' (and will do something about it!)
I can tell you so many stories of how God helped my wife and I at times when it was impossible to continue.
This is why I know that He does not forsake us, but He WILL do something about it.

God bless all religions in Lebanon. They are all good people. Of course because they are Lebanese. I have Lebanese friends from all religious background . We are all like brothers and no one can hurt us or divide us because we are all like one overseas. I wish this could happen in Lebanon . All of us are against violence and for peace in Lebanon so we can go back and make Lebanon one of a kind country. all it needs is for the youth in Lebanon to unite and reject all what is happening now . Let them know that you are one and fed up you want to live you want to be free you want lebanon back the Swizerland of the Middle East. Stand up for your freedom .
