Lebanon Informs STL of its Failure to Detain Any of the Four Suspects

The Lebanese authorities have reported to the Special Tribunal for Lebanon on the measures that they have taken to search for, arrest, and transfer those accused in the February 14, 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, said the STL press office in a statement.

Lebanese Prosecutor General Saeed Mirza submitted his report Tuesday, it added.

He stated that so far none of the four people who are accused has been detained, it reported.

“The President of the STL, Judge Antonio Cassese, will now consider the report carefully and will in due course make a determination on the next steps,” continued the court statement.

“Lebanon’s obligation under U.N. Security Council Resolution 1757 to arrest, detain and transfer the accused continues,” it concluded.

In June, the STL issued the first phase of its indictment, along with four arrest warrants against four Hizbullah members suspected of being involved in Hariri’s assassination.

Lebanon had some 30 days to hand over the suspects.

For its part, Hizbullah had repeatedly announced that it would not cooperate with the STL, deeming it an American and Israeli product.

Did Mr. Mirza overlook to mention that Lebanese authorities have no control over 50% of Lebanon? Did u mention that Lebanese security agencies ( assuming the want) cannot enter Dahiyeh?

How did these people disappear?! If someone farts in Lebanon, the army intelligence will find them in a minute!

They looked here, they looked there, they looked everywhere.
They looked under the rug, they looked in their coffee mug,
But nowhere they looked, not even in the books could they find the four men.
Maybe they should check the hair on Nasrallah's chin.

Most likely these 4 terrorist have been liquidated by none other than their own handlers.we saw what happened to Mugnieh and that Syrian who committed suicide by shooting four bullets into his head (only in Syria). There's no doubt that the proffessional investigators and prosecutors will find the head of the snake that gave the orders.I have a strong feeling that one of the culprit either will be dead or caught alive because Damascus is too small of a city to hide in and the other snake being living under ground for a while and got used to it very well.JUSTICE IS COMING.
