Judge Saqr Charges 13 People for Terror Acts

Military Prosecutor Judge Saqr Saqr charged 13 people with belonging to an armed terror group for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities, the National News Agency reported on Tuesday.
NNA said that the charged are Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian nationals and that they include three people who are already held in detention.
They were charged with belonging to a terror group for the purpose of carrying out terror acts, participate in military operations, monitor the positions and patrols of the Lebanese army in the northeastern town of Arsal and for possessing military weapons.
The case was referred to Military Examining Magistrate Judge Riyad Abou Ghaida.
