What did Saudi envoy discuss in Beirut?

Saudi envoy Prince Yazid bin Farhan has met in Beirut with a number of Lebanese MPs, including Fouad Makhzoumi, Faisal Karami, and Elias Bou Saab.

Prince Yazid bin Farhan affirmed KSA's support for the implementation of the Taif Agreement, full withdrawal of Israel from Lebanon, and the restriction of arms to the state, al-Jadeed TV said, quoting Yarze's visitors.

Bin Farhan said this war should be the last and stressed that the position of the Prime Minister in Lebanon is a "red line", al-Jadeed said.

The Saudi diplomat had also met Thursday with President Joseph Aoun and Speaker Nabih Berri.
